Emma & John

I was supposed to photograph what sounded like an epically gorgeous wedding for these two back in the spring of 2020. After several reschedules and no end in sight to the constant COVID interruptions, they opted for a lovely little backyard family ceremony. While I didn't get to photograph the wedding, I was honored to get to take their first portraits together as a family!

Emma and John make such a beautiful couple and their dogs are just the sweetest. These pups were surprisingly cooperative subjects, but they still kept us on our toes and made for lots of laughs! I'm not sure what's more difficult to photograph... toddlers or dogs?
